Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137
Hours: 1st shift. 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday 
Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.50/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

Hire Energy Staffing is currently seeking experienced and reliable Bilingual Stand Up Forklift Operators for a warehouse facility located in Fort Worth, TX. Candidates must have previous experience operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products/materials
  • Pick and pull orders accurately using RF scanners when needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required
  • Previous stand-up forklift experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  • Steel toe boots may be required
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
